Our mixed group exercise sessions are fun, effective and work your whole body to get you fit, lean and strong.
Although our classes are 'bootcamp' style with a varied amount of challenges and fun assault courses, we are very much down to earth and casual as opposed to military style.
We are Bexley and Dartford's longest running Fitness Bootcamp, with some members coming to us for over a decade. You will enjoy a personalised service, where you're not just a number. Our Trainers take the time to learn about you, and help you improve.
Our members are men and women from the local area, of all different fitness abilities.
