Although our classes are 'bootcamp' style with a varied amount of challenges and fun assault courses, we are very much down to earth and casual as opposed to military style.

 

We are Bexley and Dartford's longest running Fitness Bootcamp, with some members coming to us for over a decade. You will enjoy a personalised service, where you're not just a number. Our Trainers take the time to learn about you, and help you improve.

My name is Ben and I have 15 years of experience as a Personal Trainer. 

 

I have clients with injuries that I help to recover and regain strength, Athletes that I help to increase speed and power. People that want bigger and stronger muscles, as well as others that wish to slim down and focus on fitness and fat burn.

 

Your personal desires are my goals, and I won’t be satisfied until you’ve achieved the results and more.
